Michele Boyd is an HIV/AIDS advocate, mentor, and HIV/AIDS long-term survivor. An alumnus of SUNY Brockport, Michele earned a Bachelor of Social Work – magna cum laude and a Master of Public Administration. Michele serves as a Program Director of Action Front Center at Action for a Better Community, Inc. in Rochester, NY, a program that serves people living with HIV, as well as provides HIV/STI/HCV prevention education and HIV Testing. She is a current and continuing 2024 spokesmodel for the NYS HIV Stops with Me Campaign. She serves as Finance Chair of the Rochester Area Task Force on AIDS, Inc., Founder, Chair, and CEO of Bring On Your Dreams, Inc., and Consumer Engagement Leader on Monroe County Partnering to End the Epidemic (MCPEtE), as well as on other advisory boards and committees locally and across NYS. She also is the founder and organizer of the only peer-led annual conference in upstate NY for people living with HIV, Take Charge Conference & Resource Fair, which celebrated its 10th year.
