Mark Thompson, MPH, is a Senior Program Coordinator for Digital Health Initiative (DHI) within the AIDS Institute at the New York State Department of Health. The DHI develops and disseminates best practices and policies regarding the use of digital technologies, such as social media, to effect health outcomes. Mark helps to communicate and facilitate treatment and prevention options for HIV, Substance Use Disorder, STIs, COVID-19, and emerging health issues in an increasingly interconnected and tech savvy world.
