Erin Connolly, BSN, is the Clinical Manager of TGNB Health and HIV Prevention at Amida Care, a nonprofit Medicaid Special Needs Health Plan (SNP). Prior to joining Amida Care, Erin was the Transgender Program Nurse Clinical Coordinator at Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery and the Nurse Coordinator at Housing Works Health Home. Erin received her BSN from SUNY Downstate and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Stony Brook University.
