Julia Cohen has over 25 years’ experience in training community partners and manages the Ryan White Part A federal reporting since 2013 for over 100 hospitals and community-based organizations. She is a subject matter expert in the collection and reporting of HIV data for Ryan White grants and has worked with federal and state partners to improve data collections practices to reduce HIV stigma.
