Alexis Fields, MPH, has over a decade of experience in the
private and public sector implementing, managing, and
evaluating health initiatives. She leads implementation
of system change strategies designed to make HIV and
HCV screening and prevention a routine part of care,
and also directs a case management and linkage to care
team at STAR Health Center. Ms. Fields is passionate
about actualizing health equity, health system reform,
and ensuring our environments manifest health and
wellbeing.
