Monica Barbosu, MD, PhD is a Research Associate Professor in the OBGYN Department at the University of Rochester, and Director of the Resource/Evaluation Center of Excellence, NYSDOH Clinical Education Initiative (CEI). Dr. Barbosu’s special interest is in applied public health, and in developing and implementing public health information and communication systems to address medical education and public health decision making.
