Brooke Montes is the Director of Administration at Alliance for Positive Change (Alliance), a leading multiservice organization that provides access to quality health care, housing, harm reduction, substance use treatment, mental health support, and a renowned peer training and job placement program that cultivates leadership and economic mobility. As Director of Administration, Ms. Montes oversees all internal and external communications, branding, marketing, policy work, and advocacy efforts. Her success in designing and growing an innovative pharmacy access and treatment adherence program helps over 1,000 New Yorkers living with HIV to stay adherent to medication.
