Luis Scaccabarrozzi, MPH, has over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, non-profit executive management, and policy expertise. Originally from Peru. His expertise is in the development of health policy agendas, the creation of partnership opportunities, the development of programs, research, fund development, and grant writing. He has worked in many communities on issues related to health equity, LGBTQIA+ and TGNB health, minority health, immigrant health needs, mental health and substance abuse, and community education. At Amida Care, he leads the NYC Medicaid and Immigrant Task Force that will bring together organizations from throughout New York City that are currently working with immigrant populations who are Medicaid-eligible.
