Salvatore Currenti, MPH, has been with the New York State Department of Health for nearly 15 years, currently as a research scientist within the AIDS Institute, Office of Sexual Health & Epidemiology. Sal’s role is to coordinate the surveillance and reporting of nationally notifiable sexually transmitted infections for New York State outside of New York City. Additionally, Mr. Currenti is a doctoral candidate at the State University of New York at Albany - School of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy, Management, and Behavior.
