Kate DiBenedetto is a Health Program Education Coordinator with the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute. Kate works in the Rochester Regional Office in the Bureau of HIV/STI Field Services and provides training and technical assistance designed for Disease Intervention Specialists and other Partner Services staff within the state and local health departments. Previous to this role, Kate worked as a Disease Intervention Specialist and HIV Linkage Specialist working with people living with HIV who have fallen out of care and re-linking them back to HIV specialty care. Currently, Kate serves as the Co-Chair on the Monroe County Partnering to End the Epidemic (MCPEtE) Regional Steering Committee.
