Denis Letar is an artist, gallery owner, dancer, choreographer, and person living with HIV from Quebec City, Canada. Mr. Letar studied, worked, and performed in Spain, New York City, France, and in Italy. Over the years, Mr. Letar always found time to volunteer and advocate for organizations like Act-Up and Fountain House, as well as with persons living with HIV, especially at the beginning of the AIDS crisis when no state financial help was available for the sick and the dying.
