Noah Fulmer is a Senior Fellow at Fair Food Network, a non-profit focused on the power of food to advance the health, wealth and resilience of communities. Noah supports Fair Food Network’s strategy and incubates new projects. Recently Noah is working with states, advocates and policymakers to enhance fruit and vegetable incentive programs, called Health Bucks in NYC or Double Up Food Bucks in NYS, to improve delivery and reach for SNAP participants. Previously, Noah co-founded and led Farm Fresh Rhode Island, an organization that develops and operates local food system programs to enhance the environment, health and quality of life in the nation’s smallest state. Noah is based in Toronto.
