Dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and high-quality environment for residents in long-term care facilities. Justin is a strong leader with a proven track record of improving quality care, developing staff, reducing staff turnover, and enhancing operational efficiencies. He is currently motivated to develop pathways within the nursing profession to ensure the industry has the required nursing personnel to care for our residents of New York State and the community he serves for years to come. He has worked with community agencies to ensure longstanding viability nursing pathways; and partnered with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) on implementing strategies to ensure employee job satisfaction and job retention within the nursing field.
