This session will help shift the way you think about what it means to incorporate SDOH into public health strategy. What does it look like, and why is it not happening more often?  How do we avoid “performative public health” with SDOH?  And how do we go beyond ineffective attempts at integrated care, and move towards harmonious and cohesive “symphonic care”?
