Karrée-Lyn Gordon, Ed.D, MHS, (she/her/hers) has over two decades of experience in Organizational Leadership within the education, non-profit, and human services sectors. Her expertise lies in developing cohesive teams, training and professional development of staff and volunteers, as well as conducting comprehensive social research, data compilation, and analysis. In the face of unprecedented challenges during the past few years, Dr. Gordon's focus shifted to adopt a Public Health lens, spurred by the devastating impact of the pandemic on her community, one of the hardest-hit areas in New York. This profound experience has strengthened her determination to address health disparities and promote equitable healthcare access for all. Beyond her role as a Senior Public Health Fellow in Westchester, Dr. Gordon has taken the lead in a community grassroots initiative aimed to shed light on and tackle the socio-political determinants of health through a powerful alliance of faith-based and community leaders.
