Dayna M. Maniccia, DrPh, MS, an Associate Professor at Russell Sage College. Dr. Maniccia earned a Master of Science degree in health policy and management and a Doctor of Public Health degree concentrating in social behavior and community health from the State University of New York at Albany. She is founding director of the public health undergraduate program at Russell Sage College, Chair of the Interdisciplinary Studies Department, and regularly teaches public health and research methods courses to undergraduate and graduate students. Dr. Maniccia has experience in evaluation, meta-analysis, biological, behavioral, and policy research, and research and academic administration. Her areas of interest include maternal and child health and health education and promotion and health disparities.
