Amanda J. Hagzan, MS, CPTD, (she/her) is a learning and development professional with experience delivering training and supporting learning technologies in higher education. She is a Senior Consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) and her work includes supporting the NYSPHC program with training resources and communications. In her prior role as Assistant Director of Instructional Technologies at Albany Medical College, she developed workshops for medical college faculty on the Learning Management System (LMS), lecture capture tools, survey platforms and more. She also taught classes to medical college students as part of the Schaffer Library of Health Sciences curriculum. Amanda is an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional for Talent Development (CPTD) and ATD Certified Master Instructional Designer. She holds an M.S. in New Media from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Broadcasting and Mass Communications from SUNY Oswego. Amanda lives in Albany with her husband, three children, cats and bunnies.
