This poster will describe a study that explored why COVID-19 positivity rates and vaccine uptake among Blacks and Caucasians were alarmingly disproportionate. These findings can be used to improve effective, trusted messenger communication strategies in real-time to use resources wisely and improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable.
