In Tompkins County the Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative (PICHC) enables community health workers (CHWs) improve maternal and child health outcomes through home visits and connecting clients to resources. Sustaining current partnerships and establishing new ones allows the PICHC program to meet the needs of the community.
