In this presentation we discuss how Tompkins County Healthy Neighborhood Program (TC-HNP) meets its public health goals through partnership with community-based organizations (CBOs). We also describe how partnership between the Healthy Neighborhood Program and community-based organizations are strengthened and sustained.
