Bettina A. Deynes is Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Carnival Corporation, where she serves
as a Named Executive Officer and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. She joined Carnival in
2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer for Carnival Cruise Line, the corporation’s largest brand, and in
2022 was promoted to Global Chief Human Resources Officer for Carnival Corporation. In her current
role, she leads the enterprise human capital strategy across Carnival’s eight global cruise line brands anda workforce of more than 160,000 employees from 150 countries. She led the consolidation and
harmonization of shared services across the enterprise and leads Carnival’s HR Leadership Team,
comprised of the CHROs from each of the company’s brands. With more than 25 years of executive
leadership experience, Bettina brings public-company expertise in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, leadership, culture, workforce strategy and enterprise performance.
