This session will provide a brief overview of the issues that people aging with HIV may experience and how the AIDS Institute is responding including the People Aging with HIV Pilot that provides targeted services across New York State. We will describe key components of the overall pilot and share specialized interventions from each site along with a moderated discussion with representatives from all 10 pilot sites, providing World AIDS Day Summit participants with information about the services available in their region and knowledge about factors to consider and address when working in partnership with people aging with HIV.
