This workshop will focus on how to empower people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) to adapt and thrive through access to food and nutrition. Topics will include healthful eating models, strategies for sustainable behavior change, food insecurity assessments, and efficient pantry services to promote greater achievement over health for PLWHA.
