De Anna Davis-Jefferson is the Initiative Director for the Nutrition Heath Education Initiative with the Bureau of Community Support Services (BCSS). De Anna has worked at the AIDS Institute for 14 years and has close to 30 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, private institutions, and government agencies which has allowed her the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and subpopulations. Throughout her career she was responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of Ryan White Part A and Part B contracts by ensuring compliance with the delivery and funded services for people living with HIV, supporting primary care health outcomes, and monitoring fiscal performance. De Anna has a wealth of direct service experience working with individuals suspected and/or confirmed with Tuberculosis and/or HIV/AIDS, providing education, prevention, and case management services. She holds a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
