Jessica Diamond has been working in healthcare for over 20 years -- primarily focused on improving care and access for under-resourced and represented communities and individuals across NYS and nationally. In her current position, Jessica serves as Chief of Value Strategy and Integration for Sun River Health, one of the largest FQHCs in the country. In this role, she leads the organizational strategies to drive continuous improvement in patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and preventable healthcare costs. She serves on the Board of Directors for the organization's IPAs and ACO where the organization has financial risk for the health outcomes of Medicaid and Medicare populations. In this role, Jessica is also responsible for managing the organization's care management, adult day, patient experience and quality management departments. She has also served in a leadership role supporting the organization's commitment to centering health equity and delivering on its founders' mission to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion for its staff and patients.
Jessica started her career as an Americorps VISTA member working with the National Institute on Drug Abuse on a peer mentoring program for youth. From there she went on to work at Public Health Solutions managing federal, state and city HIV/AIDS funding and Gay Men's Health Crisis, among others. Jessica is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and she has her MPA from NYU and her BA from Providence College. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Health Services at Housing Work Inc.
