Kalvin Leveille is a seasoned public health professional and HIV/AIDS advocate with over 16 years of experience. Mr. Leveille currently serves as a Program Coordinator in the Office of Drug User Health at the New York State Department of Health’s AIDS Institute, where he leads efforts to develop and implement a statewide response to the crystal meth crisis affecting Black same-gender-loving men. Mr. Leveille holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Columbia University and will complete his second Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College in December 2024. As an award-winning advocate, he has been featured in numerous national public health campaigns, including “U=U (Undetectable Equals Untransmittable)” and "I Am More Than My Status." Mr. Leveille remains dedicated to advancing health equity and improving health outcomes for LGBTQ+ People of Color and those living with HIV/AIDS.
