Chloe Forsell, LMSW, is a harm reductionist in the field of Public Health with a varied background in health and human services. Chloe is currently a Health Program Administrator at the AIDS Institute’s Office of Drug User Health, working in the Buprenorphine Access Initiative as a contract manager and program administrator on several special projects. Prior to her work at the AIDS Institute, Chloe worked in the community at a New York State Certified Syringe Exchange Program in Queens, New York. Chloe has recently relocated back to Buffalo, NY, where she continues her work with the Office of Drug User Health in expanding buprenorphine access and other supportive services for people who use drugs throughout the state.
