Travel Coordination
- DDF will facilitate and cover travel costs, through its designated travel agent as needed. If requested, the travel agent will email you directly to coordinate your arrangements. All are expected to arrive in Washington, DC no later than 7:00 AM on June 27, the conference will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Please plan to depart after Concluding Take-Aways and Next Steps which ends at 5:00 PM.

- State Plaza Hotel is centrally located in Washington, and only a 7 minute walk to the National Academy of Sciences Building.
- Costs for a 1-night stay on June 26 at State Plaza Hotel will be covered for attendees. If accommodations are requested, your name will be added to a rooming list and no additional action will be required. Guests will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel after June 1.
Airline and rail transportation, and hotel costs for registered individuals will be covered. Incidental expenses associated with travel such as food and beverage and local transportation will not be covered.
